Paul was invited to go to a convention in San Antonio this week. It was only 3 days, but it was a real nice get away for just the two of us. The kids stayed home with my Mom and Dad, so they had fun too!

What a fun trip!! I have always wanted to go there. Paul looks like he REALLY loves his picture taken!! Did he say "Are you going to put this on your blog?" I here that one a lot!
I wondered where you were when I picked up the kids this week.? I am glad the two of you got away for some alone time. We forget how important that time really is!!!!
I hope you were able to do a little shopping while he was "at work". Man...what a fun trip that must have been!!!

Quick trip or not, it was a great time away with just the two of you....what the heck did you do?? :) And especially without us:(
That river walk is something else, very fun to eat on and ride the boats!!
Can't wait for the next trip that we all take together, even with the kids :)
Do you know you were only about 9 1/2 hours from us!!! We could of got together for lunch?? LOL! We really want to get down there Eric has family down there and they keep bugging us to come down to stay. I hope you guys had a great time! It's something we all need to do with our spouses!!
